Camp Reflection – Choose 1 activity in each row to complete
|Create a brochure to advertise Cape Bridgewater coastal camp.

|The school is about to cancel Year 5/6 Cape Bridgewater Camp. Write a persuasive letter to explain to the school council why they should continue this camp.

||Write a short “show not tell” descriptive piece that tells about an emotion or feeling you experienced on camp.

- This week you need to complete the HotMaths task that has been set for you. Please see your teacher early in the week if you are having any trouble accessing your HotMaths account so we can fix it.
- Our 100 word challenge this week is investigating feelings. In particular, I want to know about the angry you. The prompt is:

3. As well as 5 nights of reading we would also like you to write a short response for each night in your Homework Book (1-2 sentences) about your reading, this could be a question, a wondering, a connection or a prediction. This is NOT a summary of what you have read.
This week please read, discuss with your parents, sign and get parent/carer to sign the acceptable use for digital technology agreement.

Lunch for first day
Snacks for the first day (muesli bars, fruit sticks, etc.) for morning and afternoon tea
Camera (optional &child’s responsibility)
1 fitted/bottom sheet
1 Sleeping Bag
* 1 Duffle Bag or Soft suitcase containing:
Socks (daily change)
Underwear (daily change)
T Shirts/skivvies (2/3)
Jeans/Trousers /Slacks) (2 pair)
Shorts (2/3 pair)
Beanie and sunhat (in daypack)
2 plastic bags for wet/dirty clothing.
Bathers & towels
2 Changes of shoes or runners.
I pair of inside shoes (slippers/moccasins/uggs)
Optional- Thongs/sandals/sandshoes – for walking on beach and in rock pools
Soap and face washer
Toothbrush and toothpaste
Brush & comb
Talc powder/roll on deodorant
Camera (child’s responsibility)
1 Indoor Game
Teddy bear or comfort toy
Wet suit (these will be provided, but if you have a suit you would prefer to wear you are allowed to bring it along)

Students will not require spending money during the trip, as there won’t be opportunities to purchase small souvenirs, postcards, etc
