Hello Boys + Girls (+ Parents!)
Welcome back for Term 3. Although PE will be a little different again I am looking forward to continuing to develop your skills and have some fun!
I want to challenge each and everyone of you to complete at least 30 minutes of exercise each day. It is so important for your health that you continue to get active outside and HAVE FUN!
Each week I will post a “Get your 30” grid (F-2 + 3-6) of activities for you to choose some ideas to complete to ensure you are getting at least 30 minutes of exercise each day.
I will also post the PE lessons each week under the corresponding grade levels.
For now though I would love you to have a look at my “Take Care of Your Body” poster. Think about each of the parts of this poster and ask yourself if you are doing these things each day?
