Every student should be completing 30 minutes of physical activity each day. I want to challenge each and everyone of you to complete at least 30 minutes of exercise each day. It is so important for your physical and mental health that you continue to get active outside and HAVE FUN! Don’t forget to keep hydrated and get your family moving too!
